A – If you introduce us to a prospective tenant who enters into our standard agreement, we will show you by way of commission, the equivalent to one weeks rent. If you are a current client, this will be credited to your account. Alternatively, our cheque will be posted to you immediately on receipt of the signed rental agreement – do ensure you advise us of the name and address of the person you have introduced.
B – If you should become aware of a lock-up garage site for sale – anywhere – and that introduction leads us to purchase the site, we will pay you by way of introductory commission, the equivalent of 1.5% of the purchase price, i.e. say the purchase price NET is £40,000, your commission will be £600.00!!
